Article templates let you store information targeted at specific use cases. New templates are easily added and existing ones modified without any impact on existing knowledge base content.
 

 

You can even create and manage your own original articles. The principal content doesn't have to be sourced from the internet. It can come from other Windows Applictions like MS Word or PDF files, plus you can embed any files on your PC directly into your Surfulater Knowlegde Base or link to them.
